An Addendum to moving Qualifying Meet swims into the Championship Meet:
With having Auto Qualifiers, we invariably end up with a Swim, that was swam at their Qualifying Meet, getting bumped out of the Event by an Auto Qualifier with a slower time than what they swam at their QMeet. Rather than bumping that 16th (8th on Relay Events) place Swim, IF there is an Absentee swimmer in the top 15 (top 7 for Relay Events) of that Event, we bump that AB Swim out of the Event first, before bumping that 16th place swimmer.
This only applies when an Automatic Qualifying Swim, when placed into the Champ Seedings, is placed, by time, out of the Event (17th or lower in Individual Events, 9th or lower in Relay Events) by and Auto Qualifier. That swim, by rule of being an Auto Qualifier, moves that swim into the event in the last slot (16th for Individual Events and 8th for Relay Events), which then displaces a faster time, swam at a Qualifying Meet. If there is an Absentee Time, in that Event, higher than that displaced swim, the Absentee Time is bumped out and the displaced swim is back in the Event. If there is more than one Absentee Time, the slowest of those is bumped.
